Hot News: Sunday, February 2, from noon to 3 PM, it's time for the 18th Annual Chili Cook-Off!
Since 2005, Hotel San José and Jo’s Coffee have partnered to host our annual Chili Cook-Off + Benefit to warm up the winter for everyone in Austin. Proceeds raise money to support Free Lunch, which works to address food insecurity in our fair city. Amateur and professional culinary talent engage in a five-alarm battle for the prized chili pot. The day is also filled with chili-related festivities—a Quick Fire Competition, music from special guests and the Jo’s House Band, a Raffle, and more.
Entry is always free, so come enjoy live music and thrilling completion. If you want to eat, tasting wristbands are available on-site for purchase. You’ll get a sample of each chili along with one ticket to vote for your favorite.

Toy Drive
Sunday, December 1 – Friday, December 20Get in the holiday spirit Jo's and Tecovas. From December 1 to 20, join us for Ho Ho Jo's and spread cheer by participating in our toy drive benefitting Posada Esperanza. Donate new, unwrapped toys and/or gift cards for all ages, and make the season brighter for those in need. Plus, for every donation, you'll be entered for a chance to win a free pair of Tecovas.
Photos with Santa
Sunday, December 15from 10 AM – 12 PM, bring the whole family to your neighborhood Jo's for festive fun, including photos with Santa himself and free coffee while supplies lasts, limit 1 per person. That's right, Santa will be at every Jo's (he's magic like that).
Warm drinks, holiday cheer, and a bit of the North Pole magic await.

Every first Friday of the month, pet adorable, adoptable pups from 9 to 11 AM. We’ll donate 10% of drink sales to Austin Humane Society, so sip and get to know your new best fur-ever friend.

We'll provide all the supplies for a festive fabric painting party, all you need to is bring your creative mind and your favorite sweatshirt or sweater to embellish. 🎄
